  • Can I train with you virtually?

    Yes! All sessions are currently virtual (Zoom or similar), allowing flexibility and comfort from your own space.

  • What’s included in a personal training session?

    Each 60-minute 1:1 session is customized to your goals and fitness level. You’ll get guidance on proper form, exercise selection, progression, and motivation throughout.

  • What do I need for our sessions?

    Depending on your program, you may need basic equipment (dumbbells, resistance bands, etc.) or access to a gym. We'll go over this together during onboarding.

  • What if I’ve never worked out before?

    No worries at all — I work with all levels, including beginners. Everything is tailored to your current abilities.

  • How are programs customized?

    I’ll assess your goals, preferences, lifestyle, and any limitations before building a program that suits you. It’s not cookie-cutter — it’s made for you.

  • Do you offer nutrition coaching?

    I provide general nutrition guidance to support your training goals. If you’re looking for deep clinical nutrition advice, I may refer you to a registered dietitian.

  • What’s NEAT and why do you talk about it?

    NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) refers to your daily movement outside workouts. It’s one of the most underrated tools for improving energy and overall health — and I help you build it into your lifestyle.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes — I offer flexible monthly payment options for all multi-session packages. Everything is managed securely through Stripe.

  • What’s the difference between the 1:1 session and the training program?

    A 1:1 session is a live, fully guided workout where I support you in real time. The training program is a custom-written plan you follow on your own. Some options include WhatsApp support for accountability and questions — others are “program only” with no additional support. It’s flexible based on your needs and budget.

  • Can I pause or cancel a package?

    You can request to pause your package with advance notice for things like travel or illness. To cancel before your contract term ends, we require 7 days' notice. However, please note: if you cancel early (e.g. leaving a 12-month agreement after 3 months), you’ll be responsible for paying back the discount received for committing to that term.
