Hi, I’m Kristy — certified personal trainer, plant-based wellness advocate, and founder of The Happy Balance.

I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from your body. That’s why I created The Happy Balance: a space where you can build strength, self-trust, and confidence — on your own terms.

I bring a blend of evidence-based training, mindful movement, and real support to every client relationship. Whether we’re training in person in Vancouver or connecting virtually from anywhere in the world, my goal is to empower you with tools that last a lifetime.

When I’m not training clients or working on my own strength in the gym, you’ll probably find me eating delicious vegan food, creating content, modelling, or spending time with my family.
